Nature of Service

Brandingcard.in provides digital services, including digital business cards and subscription-based features.

As these services are delivered instantly and are intangible in nature, special refund conditions apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Policy

General Rule

All payments made for subscriptions or services are non-refundable, except in the situations specifically mentioned below.


Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment was charged multiple times due to a technical error.
  • Service was not activated due to a verified technical issue from our side.
  • User was charged despite a confirmed cancellation before renewal.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The service has already been used or accessed.
  • The user changes their mind after purchase.
  • The user fails to use the service.
  • The subscription period has already started.
  • Account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
  • Issues arise due to user’s device, internet, or third-party services.

Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • No refunds will be issued once the trial converts into a paid plan.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrading a plan will take effect immediately.
  • Downgrades or cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, plan, or feature at its discretion.

Such changes do not automatically entitle users to a refund unless required by law.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of account
  • Permanent account termination

We strongly encourage users to contact us before raising disputes with payment providers.


Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
